Abstract Background Chemoresistance is one of the main problems in treatment cancer. Periostin (PN) a stromal protein which mostly secreted from cancer associated fibroblasts tumor microenvironment and can promote progression including cell survival, metastasis, chemoresistance. The objective this study was to develop an anti-PN peptide bacteriophage library overcome PN effects breast (BCA) cells.
